Claiming Lands
[/li][li]Only stallions may claim lands.
[/li][li]The stallion must at least 3 years old.
[/li][li]Please post a claiming post and then your herd stats.
[/li][li]Please update your herd stats every time you gain a new member
[/li][li] [>Example of Herd Stats<]
[/li][li]You must post in your lands at least once every 2 weeks. If you don't a staff member will move all of your threads to 'Archives' and your land will become open for anyone to claim.
Challenging
[/li][li]Stallions may challenge for land or mares.
[/li][li]Mares may challenge for positions within a herd or foals.
[/li][li]You must notify the member that owns the land/mare plus a staff member by PM
[/li][li]If the owner does not post within 3 days (unless he has posted in 'Going Away') then you win by default.
Fighting
[/li][li]Both mares and stallions may fight, they can fight each other, or one of the same gender.
[/li][li]A stallion will not always win against a mare.
[/li][li]You must state your terms [this mostly happens during a challenge fight]
[/li][li]Fights consist of: Two major injuries and three minor, One full doge and two half dodges, Five attack chances
[/li][li]A minor injury is something that won't cause permanent damage, such as a gash or bruise.
[/li][li]A major injury is something that may have longterm reprocussions, such as a broken bone, eye injury, etc.
[/li][li]Your character does not have to die
[/li][li]Remember no Powerplaying or god moding!
[/li][li]Fights must take place in the fighting grounds.
[/li][li]A Staff member will judge the fight based on equine stats, age, health, role playing ability and who did the most damage with REALISTIC attacks.
[/li][li]NO double attacks in a post, like you can't try to rear and strike him then turn around and buck him. Just rear and strike then your done and so on...
[/li][li]Please PM a staff member or post in OOC to state that the fight has started.
[/li][li]Please PM a staff member or post in OOC to state when the fight has ended.
Fights are scored
Fights will be judged out of 5 points

Breeding and Birthing
[/li][li]No graphic breeding whatsoever! you may graphic breed through PMs, but only as long as both people agree to this.
[/li][li]You do not have to roleplay the breeding, just as long as both parents agree.
[/li][li]You do not have to roleplay the birth, but can if you wish.
[/li][li]Post in the correct board, not a herd land.
[/li][li]You may breed and foal in any season. If the foal is born in spring it will usually live. In summer it will usually live. But in fall it is rare that a foal will survive. In winter foals almost never survive.
[/li][li]Once you have been bred you have 1-3 weeks to give birth to it. If you give birth to it too early the foal will be considered a mis-carriage, and too late it will be born still/dead. (unless a staff member say otherwise)
[/li][li]When the foal is born you will need to post the father's stats the mother's stats and the exact day when the mating happened. After this is done a staff member will come and tell you what your child looks like, his health, and etc
[/li][li]You may request a gender, color, etc, but are not guaranteed that that is what you will get.
Stallion
[/li][li]More than one stallion may live on the same land at the same time, one lead and one beta and one delta. Also you can have as many herd stallions as you like.
[/li][li]I would like to repeat, there can only be One lead stallion, one lead mare. One Beta stallion, one beta mare. One delta stallion and one delta mare. Any other mares/stallions claimed have to go under different ranks, for example, herd mare, herd stallion. Or shared mare, shared stallion.
[/li][li]Stallions may claim mares.
[/li][li]Stallions may have a herd with as many members in it as they can get.
[/li][li]Stallions may claim lands.
[/li][li]Stallions can only claim lands at age 3.
[/li][li]Stallions can breed at the age of 2.
[/li][li]Stallions are allowed to make rules for their herd land and the members of their herd land, this may include slaves or that every mare has to breed with him once every 2 years or etc. But his rules will not over power any rules that are here.
Mare
[/li][li]Mares can escape from a stallion or herd that they don't want to be in.
[/li][li]Mares cannot claim land.
[/li][li]Mares can foal when they are 3 years old.
[/li][li]Mares may mate at age 2 but will not have a foal.
[/li][li]If you abandon your foal, it can go to the Adoption Lands or it can attempt to live by itself. But there is a high risk that the foal will die.
[/li][li]After you have been bred you must wait a min of a week to have the foal and a max of 3 weeks. If you have the foal before this time it will be considered a mis-carriage. And, of course, if you wait to long the foal will be born still (dead).
Foals
[/li][li] Foals are full grown at the age of 3 years old.
[/li][li]You may be bred at age 2 but will not have a foal.
[/li][li] When you have a foal you have the choice to either roleplay it or give it to someone else to roleplay.
[/li][li]You may place it up in Characters for Adoption so someone else can roleplay it.
[/li][li] Foals live with their parents until they are full grown. When a colt is full grown, it should move on and find its own land to live in. Fillies are allowed to stay with their father's herd. Colts may find a herd of their own.
